i seem to get more attention when my hair is longer than when it is shorter.maybe its just me.but would like to see the opions of others.

You cant really put them all in one category. Not all people like only short cuts, and not all people like longer styles. Its just a matter of who it is and what looks good. I mean, if you have a short cut and an ugly face it wont really make a difference. You know what I mean? Sorry, that was a bad example, but true.

Most like it longer, but if you are really cute and rock a short style they will still love you. You know some girls don't have anything going for them but their hair. LOL.

That's a question like "do all white men like skinny women". All men are different , I know guys (of all races and nationalities) that like different things. Most of the time its not the hair length so much as how you style it, your face shape and how you take care of yourself. If you have damaged hair that's frizzy etc, then no matter how long it is it's going to look bad, if you have short hair that you don't keep styled and/or trimmed then that won't be cute either. To be blunt most African American women I know who have short hair, do so because their hair breaks easily so they keep it shorter so it looks healthy.
