How do i get highschool girls to like me?

I am a fifteen year old male, with long blond hair (girls always complement it), i have two different colored eyes, im average body weight (but im working out and running now), im almost five seven.

I play guitar, write songs, im in a band, i cook, paint, skateboard, snowboard, and surf.

I go to highscool and hang out with girls all the time, and i know a lot of people.

But for the past year i have had a really hard time getting a girlfriend. Ive gotten a little action here and there, but nothing to be proud of. Im pretty outgoing and can talk pretty easily to most anyone but i havent been able to pick up anyone that i think is attractive.

I tell them jokes, i tell them they are pretty, hott, sexy, etc.

I hang out with them alot, i try to take them to the mall or movies and stuff.

I dont know what the problem is.

Dude, I feel your pain. The girls are all into me but I can't get a girlfriend. It's got something to do with they are ALL into you so they think they can't have you, or that you wouldn't be available or something. I dunno. Once you fall into the friend catergory..it's nearly over! Go outside your circle, find a girl you don't know and ask her out. That may give the others the idea that you are looking and may re-consider you just being their friend. Ask the girls that don't have tons of male friends, they are more likely to be looking for more than a friend. I'm not saying to go for the unattractive ones, just the normal cute ones that may not have guys all over them asking them out all the time. Also, you mentioned ones that "you think are attractive" - maybe you should look a little deeper than physical beauty....again, I'm not saying go for repulsive but go for someone out of the norm, you may be surprised.
